Ready to do Hybrid?

I have been ogling at some websites and forum these past few days and I absolutely love the hybrid stuffs that some fab people create. I wonder how they do it and I want to learn. Really learn. For starters, I would like to know what paper do they use and if they're using these digiscrap kits that I have, I would like to know how they do it. I do not know anything....yet. All I know that should I decide to pursue this curiosity of mine about hybrid stuffs, it would be pricey and will definitely hurt my virtual pocket. So anyway, I want to start making cards and when I have time to finally create one, I'd definitely show it off here!

I would like to send some links to various sales and freebies that I saw today but I am a procrastinator so I'd do it maybe tomorrow or the day after that. But I am happy to say that my application for Laura's Creative Team (for a month or two, I'm not really sure). Visit one of her shoppes and if you love her kits, go buy! The images are linked.

Woot!

I was thinking about what photo to scrap this morning and kinda surrendered and admitted that I won't be doing anything scrap worthy today. However, a light bulb was switched on and I finally have something cooking up in my head. I'm so excited about the next project that I'm going to do, it's sad to say however that I cannot post my layouts for now because I want the next project to be a surprise. The only people who are going to see my layouts are my co CT members and the designers I am working with. I'm crossing all my fingers for this one. And did I mention that I'm so excited? TTFN!

Scrapping Mondaze 2

It's time for another Scrappin Mondaze and my entry for this week is this layout that I made from Day's Digi Designs of Designs in Digitals. This kit is called Evening Breeze and you can snag it from there. I also used the photo mask and glitter from Viva Artistry. The photo is my sleeping son Caillou which was taken during their 2nd bithday celebration of his twin sister Caitlin last December 26, 2008. I hope you like it!

Lovin' the Soundtrack

Last night, I watched the movie 13 Going 30 for the nth time (I really lost count) and I realized how much I loooooove the soundtrack. You see, I have this habit of loving one soundtrack after the other and I always tell myself to look for it and download each song but the searching never really happens.

Today, I made a change for I actually downloaded most songs in the 13 Going 30 soundtrack and it is my pleasure to share the songs with you - those who are also searching for the list of the soundtrack.

Scrapping Mondaze

I am joining this Scrapping Meme called Scrapping Mondaze because I have to have a drive to scrap since I will be sort of forced to create layouts from time to time. I want to create lots of photobooks this year because I always believe that pictures are good investments. So here's my first entry for this meme.

This is a photo of my pupils last year and this was taken after their graduation rites. These kids are brilliant, playful and outgoing, don't ask me about their stage mothers. LOL. I am not that confident with this layout because this is a product of my speed scrapping. But then again, I think this is presentable enough. Happy scrapping!

Hello everyone! Here's another layout I made from Sir Scrapalot's kit called Sweet Sugar Love. So what makes this layout special? Nothing except for the fact that I am creating layouts from one of my favorite designers who also hired me to be a part of his very own creative team. Isn't that great?
